AEW has regular gates of 2000-3000 and they make more noise than WWE shows with 15000 why is that

AEW fans trend older and more mature, they're there to have a good time and drink a few beers.

WWE events are attended by a mixture of the above but also families taking their kid their who only wants to see one or two wrestlers and nostalgiafags hoping for a 90s star to return. The families are often rather disinterested and only care about taking pics for their kids.

I went to shows for both last summer. WWE had like 1,000 or so more people. AEW crowd was much more fun though. Tranny ratio was the same.

As a fan of both - WWE shows feel like Disney on Ice. Kicks ass but way more family friendly and you’re popping for characters. Like the cheers for Cody and for 50th Anniversary Mickey are about the same.
AEW shows are more like a traditional wrestling show, where you watch the matches and enjoy them more than just the characters.

Signs give feedback to the performers whi can gauge how well their catch phrases are catching on. While screaming this is awesome every 2 minutes or shouting what at people doesn't help shit. Signs are different to chants and aren't about taking over the show.
