I think he's improving desu. Doing fewer rope walks and hitting his moves better. He's still a B-grade luchadore who should be on the bottom tier programming.

Bandido is the one AEW should be pushing when he's back from injury. Good body, good moveset (except the delayed suplex with cooperation from opponent) and good charisma.
