Heyman in Bron Breakkers corner and Cena against him sounds pretty compelling

Not really. John Cena, Undertaker, Cody and all are just going to appear to pop ratings. It's not gonna lead to anything interesting. If Cena were to challenge for the NXT title or something like that then I might care.

On its own, tonight is a really nice show of solidarity. The lockeroom leaders from two generations (Taker/Cena), the head ot talent (Heyman), and the most respected woman in WWE (Asuka), all believe in NXT. That's a damn fine stamp of approval.
