He probably will be booked to be with Heyman like a Brock type call-up, Heyman gets pulled between the Bloodline and managing for Breakker. Breakker is booked like he's clearly a lose cannon and won't play along with being part of the Bloodline or being friendly with anyone, but he's highly talented enough that Heyman can't ignore his potential.
He'll turn on Heyman or Heyman allies with him over Reigns to build on the Bloodline losing its original members and gets replaced with new ones (Rock's daughter for example) -- and do your build between Breakker vs. Bloodline, end with Reigns, he goes over.
