my thoughts aswell, you can actually have a natural progression to a Cody & Jey vs Roman & Jimmy. Maybe after a bit of Solo & Jimmy, with Solo always being the weak link so you have to have the Chief do the job. Which would also kick out Solo of the group (thus Bloodlines being no more) and it ending up on WM as 2 single matches. Maybe one Main events night 1 and the other night 2, considering how big of a story this was.

thing is LA Knight doesn't need a title to tell a good story. He just needs a VKM type foil to feud against a la SCSA.

Agreed. I remember Russo said this was the thing missing with LA Knight. There's no compelling antagonist for him to struggle and fight against to get him over to the next level.

I'm pretty sure this is at least half the reason they put the tag titles on Cody, just so they could justify him being on Smackdown at any given point. It allows them to pop ratings as well as keeping him in the mix with Roman.
