Kyle has a lot of potential, but he will never improve into a worthy main eventer of AEW while he's in AEW

He's a great prospect. He's only 24, he has plenty of time to find a personality.

It's not his fault, though, he literally asked NJPW to get a proper written contract instead of just dates and they told him to wait. The security is too much to ignore.

The indies turn people into dimeless shitters and if you go to Japan you'll never learn how to promo. WWE would probably teach him to promo but nerf his in-ring style. And it's a struggle to learn anything at all in AEW. There's really no good place to go for guys like Fletcher.

Going to AEW was such a mistake for him. He should've took the Ospreay route of indies and New Japan before signing a deal to be on TV. Many people like him (Nick Wayne off the top of my head) are just going to be lost in the shuffle of shitty movesfests and won't refine their skills or get personality.
