So remove the Turner, NBC/Universal and Disney affiliated channels along with the 247/news channels so this list goes to half. From there a good group channels listed cater to a more feminine market, so it's down to INSP, which is out because it's a religious channel, History, Discovery, Investigation Discovery are out because of their niche programming to boomers. So the viable options are only Paramount, AMC, BET and WETV. I'm guessing Paramount because they'll need something to draw people in other than Yellowstone reruns and it's spinoffs.

I watched it a bit at the beginning and will still catch a PPV here and there. Billy's run at the helm of TNA / Impact was criminally underrated until the end with that eternal tournament.

If they got Paramount and Impact didn't that is up there on the KWABOTY nominee list. They would have to make some serious changes to the show, though.
Discovery anything is out of the question since that's all under the WBD umbrella and would just be stepping on the toes of AEW.
BET is also a possibility but the changes they would request would be SWEEPING and Billy is kind of a nonce and doesn't take criticism well at all.

I used to watch a lot of weekly wrestling. Impact, NWA, MLW, Hoodslam even. The only one to not completely fuck everything up is Impact and they barely get a pass from me anymore. I have no idea how these fuckers make it so god damned hard to book a fed.

Its an OTA (over the air, antenna) network that is in most of the country. Its like Fox or NBC distribution but not as "big" since they just play old shit. Its basically the old cw/upn type deal but even more reruns.

I don't think it will make a difference though. WOW has TV and even beat 2 AEW shows this week. Nobody talks about it or even knows it exist. People on the IWC actively hate the NWA.

TV is also just not what it used to be as we saw with ROH. Most people under 40 do not have cable TV. Add in wrestling literally being on every night of the week except Sunday, plus tons of entertainment options and a bad economy, and it's not a great time to be the 4th or 5th promotion in the US.
