It's easy to restore his kind frontal hairline with implants and make it look semi-natural, but for the back, that's a hell of a lot of implants, and more importantly, donor follicles (you have to take them from other parts of the head). There is too much back loss although, it looks like they did try at some point (the really long shock of hair in the middle). Cena's best option is to do frontal restoration combined with a toupee or weave. This works on movie sets. It doesn't work in a wrestling ring where the hair piece can come off. So he doesn't wear the hairpiece in the ring.
