https://elevenlabs.io/, requires google account. You get like 10k characters for free per month, which is like 5 min of video of autodubbing with voice imitation. It accepts direct youtube links and in advanced options you can pick certain time codes to start and end in. Some of the dub fine, especially with single speakers but it shits from time to time due to translation errors and especially with multiple voices for hilarious results.
I know this isn't good for /pw/ content without going through extra steps but I figured someone might want to try dubbing njpw clips and shit for your own amusement.
