Why doesn't Tony fire his creative team and the writers? They haven't come up with any compelling storylines all year.

I know it's popular to put all the blame on Tony, but he needs to do something about his brain trust.

Also, probably tighten up on talent going free reign during promos. They aren't ready for that. Give them scripts and bullet points. It's a young roster.
