On occasion I might watch NJPW G1 finals or WrestleKingdom or if this a particularly interesting main event.
The only time I ever watched AEW was during the first month or two, then when CM Punk was on and whenever crazy backstage drama happened like the Dynamite after All Out 2022

Dynamite every episode. Collision if its a good card or I'm bored. Every AEW ppv. Rumble, Mania, Summerslam, and MITB for WWE. Random matches from Japan because I'm too old to stay up all night to watch it live anymore.

I tried to watch again earlier in the summer because I had house show tickets. I could only make it through one episode of RAW. There was only like 3 matches all of which sucked, Cody was making cat in the hat references, and most of the show was nothing but recaps and ads. Fuck that shit.

The house show was fun though.
