It would be really hard to sign free agents to a london based team, all the players would have to pay taxes for the UK and the US. The jags would have to pay higher than other teams to compensate.

Because Tony doesn't do any work. He tweets all day and appears on podcasts. Sometimes he writes wrestling matches into a spreadsheet and that's all that he does..
When he has been in charge of managing anything ever he had failed dramatically to the extent that he was publically called out and removed from all responsibilities.
