Most wrestlers hit their stride in their 30's. While 40 is when they start to slow down, they're usually over enough to get by without it. With the advancements today, it's even easier. Jericho might look shitty, but Hogan can barely move when he was 50. Even guys like Mysterio, while he slowed down from his 20s, he can still do shit that most guys weren't doing at that age. Older Lucha guys just give up and garbage wrestle at this point.
