I love Edge but I'm unironically starting to agree. Christian is just flat out more entertaining when he's allowed to do his shit. His finisher is fucking ass though, even compared to Edge's running hug.

Edge is better in the ring overall, too.

I was originally an edge guy because he had the best look in the brood, but christian is the more complete wrestler, even if edge has a few more movez. christian has been giving a masterclass on working as a heel this year, sadly I doubt any of the kids in the locker room care because getting booed will send them into a spiraling depression.

Christian has been out of the WWE machine longer and has had to get himself over in several failing promotions in front of dead crowds. He learned to get good because he had to. For a while it seemed like he wanted to coast on the moneymark dime, but now he's putting his heart into making this one of his best runs. He's the guy everyone should be going to for advice.

The problem with Christian was always that he wasnt big and never managed to develop a style that made him look threatening. Smaller guys like him need to go all to reach main event status out like Bret and Shawn did, and Dragunov more recently

Character work wise, Christian was always better than Edge. No question about it
