WWE ticket sales are “in a disastrous free fall”

Per Wrestletix’s patreon:

>Ticket sales are soft and getting softer. They still have some massive shows in the next few days but there is absolutely a drop off around November 1st. A lot of these shows sold out within a few weeks, so you’re talking about tickets being bought in June or July. But since then? It’s getting bad, something isn’t clicking with the fans like it was even 3 months ago.
>Ticket sales are a pretty small part of their overall portfolio but this is usually a leading factor towards declining TV ratings and lower merchandise sales. Not what you want to see, especially right after a merger and with Endeavor being more than willing to cut costs to turn a bigger profit.
>This is all anecdotal but I asked a friend if he was going to the next show in his area. He’s not, and I asked why. He said it’s not the hot thing any more, he did one show and that was enough. And that really seems to be a trend; ticket sales were terrible in 2021, okay in 2022, and great in 2023. But they’re falling off a cliff again, there’s very few repeat customers.
