His best match was when he shot on and humbled Cuckberg at Wrestle mania 14. Cuckberg thought he was the greatest wrestler of all and little teeny Steven Regal went out there and pinned him and held him down and Cuckberg couldn't do anything about it.

Incredibly overrated carny who was carried to like two watchable matches in his whole career by Benoit. Only good in the ring when compared to someone like Ahmed Johnson which kinda makes you appreciate how he still managed to make himself some kind of aura of a great technical wrestler and a legit shooter.
