He loses if Punk is coming back. They need Punk to be able to win without giving him a title, plus it's a big enough match where Seth doesn't need a title.
Drew can either win by turning heel or lose and have his heel turn exacerbated by the crushing defeat. Should really be Finn though, IMO, unless Finn is beating Cody, but Gunther might be best to beat Codeman.
