AEW benefits from getting two young guys, and 3 vets whose in ring style matches better with AEW. Waller and Breakker are two stars they can build on for the future, and Gargano, Ciampa, and Ricochet have hit their ceilings in WWE so they’re better off for it. Charlotte is played out in WWE and would really benefit the locker room and the in ring product.

Sting
All of them have done everything they’re going to do in AEW/RoH, they’re all older and won’t be missed in AEW. Cage, The Bucks, Wardlow and Miro could all be credible midcarders for the US, IC, and Tag titles. Omega finally gets to run with the top talent in the industry and prove he’s as good as everyone thinks while he still has something left in the tank. Sting gets to retire on the biggest stage of them all and get a proper sendoff for his career.
