Austin didn't get ACTUALLY good until his heel turn, and we got to see more of his skill as an entertainer than just "Redneck Revenge: The Musical". Very good promo.
I can't sit through Hogan promos anymore. 9yr old me loved that man but trying to go back and watch the early NWO stuff is PAINFUL because Hogan spends all his time BROTHERing it up while everyone else scrambles to cover for him. He only has one character in him.
Cena is one of the most "conversational" promo's the industry has ever seen. While he could cut it up with corny raps and dick jokes, he also had the ability to engage the audience in dialog, as smooth and as natural sounding as could be.
