C'mon now. Never did Kawada use those polish kicks to actually hurt an opponent, nor can I ever remember anyone selling them in particular.

Typically, they're no-sold and used to piss off his opponent, which is the real intention of the move. Kawada often used those kicks to force people into a dumb angry mistake he could take advantage of.
Never did he do those light kicks to someone's forehead for them to roll around on the ground for a minute.
