This. Cena has never made anyone, and that isn't limited to the typical shit of deciding to squash other talent like he did with the Nexus and Bray. Cena has legit never made anyone. A match with him is the worst fucking thing you can do because as Cena pointed out, it buries you no matter the outcome and he knows it. He's a fag like that. The problem with Theory is he doesn't know who he is. His gimmick to him, is that he is from fucking Atlanta. That would work he were a nigger not a white guy. He needs to get away from the A Town cringe music and naming his finisher after that shit too. Get a character.

As has been said, there's only 2 ways to get really over..
1. WWE giving you proper writing and character development (which should happen, but does NOT happen, at all, ever)
2. Being a top talent in the world in at least 1 department and getting yourself over despite WWE holding you back.

Of course no one mentioned in this thread qualifies.
Not even Cody or Rollins qualify, which is why they will obviously never be white hot over.

The only guys in WWE who can get to that level, due to sheer talent and understanding of the business are Sami and Knight.
Maybe Montez once he finds his voice.
That's basically literally it.

Bryan got over when he started telling his gf AJ to Shut up.. and when he celebrated every win like he won the title.
Then he really got over when he got the WHC from big show/mark Henry, and celebrated every win by screaming "world heavyweight champion" and "yes" over and over.
