Over The Edge on May 31st, 1998 was the very last show where WWE booked a small venue. After this show, they were only running NBA arenas and selling out every show on day 1 with Ticketmaster actually holding lotteries to see who would get tickets.

Rikishi vs Rock were main eventing house shows with 18k people at the time. Nobody even cared, it was all about the experience. Plus WWE used to bring the entire Raw stage setup with pyro for house shows so it felt much more exciting.
