WCW was better than the WWF for the entirety of its run up until 1999. 1989 was a great year for them, as was 1992 (no meme). You could argue that the quality dropped tremendously when Hogan joined and they could do nothing but push him (weird Dungeon of Doom angles resulted, etc) up until he became Hollywood.

Goldberg and Booker were the best things about outlaWCW after the NWOutlaws were run into the ground, diamond jobber page and his meme finisher were pretty good too
