>>12044407>I really dont think anyone else can benefit from that Reigns title rubThis is partly why I'm as over it as I am by now. Because they had so many chances to do something big. Even if each person just won the belt only to lose it back to him immediately
>You had EdgeWho even with all he's achieved could've still had a career-defining moment with winning the belt in the main event of mania exactly 10 years to the day he was forced to retire. You couldn't manufacture that story in a million years and it was placed in their hands. Instead they chose to leave it as a footnote for that night
>You could've had DrewFinally win the big one in front of not only a live crowd, but essentially a hometown one, and achieve the moment he had been chasing for years
>You could've had SamiAnd made a major star and new champion out of the whole Bloodline story, which beyond the Usos it's yet to really do
>You could've had CodyAnd capitalize on the year of build up he'd had since returning against Seth and overcoming the injury and winning the Rumble. The phrase 'finish the story' would've been something looked back on for years instead of becoming a meme at best and something people openly mock him over
And now we're left where we are with it. There's not really anyone exciting left to realistic go after Roman and win. Meanwhile even if there was, he's already been pinned. A huge part of that rub was already given to Jey Uso. Roman just has belts. He's been beaten. All of those huge moments passed up just for the sake of a number which is really quite a shame
