>>12049691 Yeah, I feel that too buddy. It's funny that I got back to watching wrestling from seeing AEW dark matches on YT recommendations and now feel like I don't really need to watch anything anymore, with the exception of some buzz making match or few stars I like.
WWE at the time was an abysmal place. Seeing AEW, there was some sort of different atmosphere to it, and fact that it was trying to be a more on the edge, less catering to kids, less formulaic, every show had an attempt of at least one ppv level match. There was enough to warrant ignoring parts of it and enjoy the other stuff but now it's just clicking right.
The honey moon ended somewhere around Punks arrival, the suspension and how everything was handled. Little bit after that I realized that the guys I liked would never get pushed for more than half a month (Kingston, Rush, Swerve after dropping Keith..) while shitty meme wrestlers would get shoved into title picture, angles with Jericho only got worse and worse, dimeless factions..
..it honestly needs reboot by now and not even that can wash the taste
