Its a hot shot because there's no build or hype around seemingly one of the best matchups they have and its on the B show that no one watches

Nah. Any competent booker would have done an angle between MJF and Kenny and milk it all the way to a PPV. If you just hotshot the match in a random Collision, even if they have a rematch, it just won't be as special. Also, MJF is currently feuding with Jay White but now he feels like an after though with all these schmo challenging him for the title out of nowhere.
