The build to the match is that MJF is going to beat Omega's record, which had never been mentioned before a random number was whispered in a backstage promo. Apparently they built it on that YouTube show that 947 people watch. Why are they back to doing that retarded shit? Was Punk the one stopping them from booking angles on their private accounts?
There could have been heat for this but there's none. Kenny has barely been on TV at all, MJF is in like 5 active feuds already. It's a glorified squash match with a few days notice. It doesn't help either of them. It hasbnonheat so it won't make any real difference. If Omega had been running an angle about how he lost to Takeshita and was the longest reigning champion and needs to bounce back, while commentary sold that MJF was closing in on the record, then it would make sense and that would be enough if it happened from the last PPV until now. But it's just confusing mumbly promos and a random match.
