I think currently their atmosphere sucks. They need more mood lighting. Don't light up the entire arena with white light. It makes everyone in the building feel like they're watching a high school basketball game. Turn the lights down, make it feels like a theater experience.

And their entrances need to be more grandiose. For example, in WWE, when Brock Lesnar comes out, the production guys are spazing out with the arena lights pressing the button in rhythm with Brock's theme music.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, Tony needs to hire an atmosphere guy that has experience in production, lighting, and aw. That stuff is very important. Presentation is very important.
