This. EWR doesn't tell you how agents put together matches, so Tony doesn't factor that in at all. You protect wrestlers by letting agents come up with ideas on how to do that in the course of a match. The word backstage is that agents have basically given up on trying to tell the wrestlers anything because they don't listen.

Why is it so hard to pick a few wrestlers and write a coherent story for them? Fucking why? It's not different than writing for anything else. Make a story, have a backup in case someone gets KWAB'D, then have it end and move on to the next one. But most importantly, make it feel like a real sport in character/show presentation. Why the fuck is every booker so content with wrestling feeling even more fake than it actually is? Watch MMA and see what real fighters do. Every match is important to them; show the wrestlers taking their matches seriously for the money, their personal ranking in the company, and their ego. Have short pre-match promos. Make their entrances seem important. Have a quick post-match interview with the loser being devastated.

Just make it feel real. Make it seem like a real sport. Imagine making a TV show about wrestling and writing it the way that WWE and AEW do their shows where nothing feels believable or important. You'd be laughed out of the damn room at any half-decent writer's table. It is really that hard? How do they not realize how phony it feels? Am I fucking crazy? And yes I am worked and seething.

TKO is identical to WWE's stock. Zuffa didn't have a market cap because it wasn't publicly traded before being grafted onto WWE/TKO. Endeavor still trades as a separate company. Every charting platform dates TKO stock back to 1999 because the shares are solely a continuation of WWE stock.

This is the worse type of logic, unlogic that someone wants you to untangle for them because they have no argument. It's like asking to explain why water is considered wet. WWE has been not just a viable business, but a billion dollar corporation for decades now. Decades. You do not become a billion dollar corporation for decades without success. And you dont have success without consumers and customers. Those are just business facts. To suggest that WWE doesn't have a huge pool to sustain itself is just plain ignorant. To suggest the pool isn't big enough, even though it has lead to a successful billion dollar corp is just being false or lying to yourself. Not even to others. Yourself. You dont have to like WWE but stop trying to claim it does not have a following you wish your own fed had. Stop trying to claim it isn't successful when your own fed has no where near the profit, market share or brand recognition. Because all it does is make your fed look even more pathetic. No, it isn't. Nobody grew their viewership when WWE got Smackdown, when RAW went to three hours and WCW got Thunder. You can't argue it, it's etched in stone, WWE lost viewers over 20 years that will NEVER and I mean NEVER come back. A single destination will never not be the optimal way to do wrestling.

Shadiq has 8 billion, if he gave Tony half a billion for the his kids hobby, Tony could run 500-1000 episodes of Dynamite in an Arena without selling a single ticket, shirt or keychain even if it costed half a million to run a show per episode. Ultimately ratings and popularity is just a videogame to him to get angry on and to chase a high score on and put more credits in.

I don't think that's true. WBD will terminate their contract with AEW if the ratings aren't good enough. So Tony can't afford to have a blasé attitude about it, he's obligated to take that shit seriously whether he likes it or not, which is why no milly posting works him into such a seethe.

Because Tarantino is a proper fan of cinema. He appreciates B-flicks, blockbusters and Arthouse stuff alike(compared to how Aewtists look down on the "mainstream" wwe).
