Bischoff is a dickhead "how was it different their matches were the same"
It was different because it's an immediately different visual cue, instantly looked unlike any other show.
Yeah they could have tried to structure matches to make more use of some of the weird angles you could run ropes at but they could also do 6 team tags or 8 man scrambles and shit.
Killing the ring and red killed TNA. Why take away USPs from your brand identity?

A name change isn't going to do anything other than changing the name. Whole thing is dumb tbqh here. Bringing back the six sided ring would have been the game changer potentially but since its too hard on the wrestlers bodies they aren't going to bring it back. I say they should bring it back at least once a year then for a special ppv, ple or whatever the fuck they are called these days. I'd like to see them have it for at least a few special events per year. On that alone I'd watch at least for novelty sake at first. If they can make an interesting show again maybe I'll become a fan again but I highly doubt this pozzed troon company is ever going to get better.

The six sided ring made multi-man matches more exciting or better at times imo. Also Monty Brown's pounce finisher was really cool to see in the six sided ring. The move has never looked as impressive since his retirement and in four sided rings. There are other subtleties about it as well I'm sure we all would notice if it were to return especially with AEW now being a thing. But the most important thing is what you said. An immediate visual difference which Jeff Jarret once cited as a reason he liked the six sided ring.

The show's intro should to be just a static picture of Tommy Dreamer's face, every show needs to start with Tommy Dreamer doing a promo, every match should be against Tommy Dreamer and he also needs to always come out before the show ends to do a promo.

The six sided ring is stupid and everyone hated working in it because its shape meant you had less room to move around in as it was smaller with weird angles, people were obviously confused on where they needed to be, and the set up means more support beams holding it up which makes bumping even more painful than it already is.
