1) A lot of issues could have been solved with Roman dropping the belt at Mania to Cody, even if it was just for the WWE title and he kept the Universal,
2) Seth's entire reign was a result of this, so see above, I don't dislike it because Shinsuke got a bigger spotlight
3) I haven't watched AEW in years, so can't comment on his run
