Didn't your Maccas switch over to an all day menu? Our local one started selling brekkie all day a couple of years ago and it is great. When I have a night shift during winter I absolutely love getting sausage and hotcakes at night right before going to work.

We had all day breakfast until Covid. They haven’t brought it back yet. I guess getting a McGriddle at 3 pm is just too much to ask for in 2023, but not 3-4 years ago.

Whoever posted this yesterday, fuck you. I asked for a “round egg” in the drive thru and you could hear them laughing through the speaker. They had no idea what I was talking about. The teenage employees asked me several times what I meant, I told them I wanted the round mcmuffin egg on my sandwich but they just kept pausing and laughing.

I ended up pulling out from the drive thru out of embarrassment.

Shit sucks man. There is just something really comfy about having breakfast for dinner on a cold dark winter night. Warm fluffy hotcakes dripping with syrup, savory rich sausage patties, and a pipping hot cuppa coffee to wash it all down. It sort of warms you up from the inside out.

I actually bought McDonalds breakfast for all my workerss, asked them what rhey wanted the day before and used the company credit card to get it. They have been kicking major ass deapite all the hell so I rewarded them with the greatest gift of them all. Funny this thread was poated, I wouldn't have blog posted otherwise. Yes, I do play wrestling music on the work speakers. They like Batista's and The Revival the most pumping up.

Busting their ass off for a one off project doesn't justify a pay raise when 9/10 we are just on standby. I usually provide bonuses depending on how bad the job goes. Probably going to throw everyone in the crew a $1,000 bonus when the job is done. Except the mason. Dude has been working his ass off so he is probably going to get $2,500. McDonalds is just a treat to help keep moral up while we grind.
