It’s better than AEW.
You can tell they have a vision, and a plan to grow.
The only “people” that will say otherwise are moronic discord users like Jason, and the mexican that cries while making Video Essays.

Get the greenest of rookies from NXT some time in a ring outside of the PC so they can learn the things you can't learn in a controlled environment like that. Also it wouldn't hurt WWE to have big guys willing to do the job that aren't on the roster. You can protect your own guys so they don't get the jobber smell on them on the off chance they get a clue and you decide to book them well.

It's a mutually beneficial agreement for everyone involved.

They are leaning a lot more into homegrown talent under Shawn. They are picking up a lot of college athletes instead of former indie guys. They still have a sizable number of indie guys from Paul's tenure as the booker or NXT, but it is really apparent from the guys that are getting the push under Shawn that they are leaning away from that.

Depends. Some are are just black holes, some just need to learn how to talk, and some are just naturally charismatic.

I think most young people today are kind of schizo and anti-social since they grew up with their faces buried in a phone instead of talking with other people in real life. It is a hurdle to overcome, but I think it can work out in most cases if they put in the effort.

Maybe. I just look back on WWE's history and it seems like in every era that most of the big stars came from elsewhere. There aren't a lot of big names that started from scratch in the WWE and most of the big names have years of experience elsewhere before they make it big in the WWE.

Just glad to see nwa getting tv time, i had roh and smackdown and sometimes id see a syndicated show on tv late at night but then they stopped and roh got swallowed by aew. Now smackdown is leaving so atleast ill still get some wrestling on tv. Still dont undestand why tony didnt get a broadcast deal or dark or roh.

There aren't a lot of networks out there and AEW's main show is on one of their major cable/streaming competitors platforms.
