I tried watching some classic WCCW but I can't get past how flabby and disgusting most of the wrestlers look.

Yeah, Kevin Von Erich was a real fatass. Most of WCCW was garbage. The Von Erichs, Freebirds, Iceman King Parsons, Great Kabuki, and Bruiser Brody were the only guys worth watching. Chris Adams and Gino Hernandez have some decent moments as well.
