Because of nature.
Women's wrestling is difficult to take seriously and easy to take as a joke.
When women's wrestling starts doing jokes, it aligns with its nature.
When women's wrestling starts doing serious business with fights and big spots, it defies its nature and becomes dissonant.

Unironically the womeme revolution in the WWE has done more damage to womeme wrestling than good.
