So why come Paul who is supposedly the "wrestling" guy books better promos than the "entertainment" guy ?

HHH knows how important good promos are to a wrestling show. I was e-fedding in 2000 and HHH's promos at the time would've been good enough to be our champion 3 times over. HHH also gets the fans more than Vince. Vince was obsessed with keeping people guessing, even if it didn't make sense. HHH realizes fans want a fully realized show and if stuff gets figured out, those fans will just pat themselves on the back for being smart.
