I think it's clear that WWE has cooled off since the Roman/Jey match where Jimmy bizarrely interfered to screw his bother over. It kind of killed the whole Bloodline story.
If they're smart they'll take another swing at it in the build to Mania with Sami & Jey. Bloodline was at its best with Sami involved weekly.

I know their best tours on a normal year are the lead up to Mania and the Holiday tours. Don't see November being anything special.
And this year has been so much of an anomaly for WWE across the board it doesn't really make sense to make that kind of comparison anyway because nothing is stable.
