Would a femboy wrestling promotion that’s streamed live online weekly and for ppvs be a good investment?

I’m about to come into some serious money and wanted some insight on how much a little box shaped factory type building that can fit about 200 people, standard issue wrestling ring, camera, crew etc would cost and what else am I missing like pyro techs and stuff please let me know.
