I think it was 2009 or 2008 it was the year before the second Shawn match I think, and I didn't even watch super showdown desu I think it's totally disgraceful for their legacies they're both ring addicts but it felt really sad trying to watch them.

He's very much like Edge in that they're good in clusterfuck gimmick matches but put them in a singles match without a gimmick and suddenly they fucking suck.

There's lots of good Triple H matches but I can't think a single one that was singles and without a gimmick. Even Backlash 2000 had a special referee and it was built like a hardcore clusterfuck anyway.
