I would also say, especially after wasting alot of time, that focusing on generating simple renders of single subjects (eg: Bayley) vs. very specific multi character stuff (eg: Bayley sucking a donger), will save you alot of time and trial/error frustration.
I think it's also worth learning how to make a Lora (I used Kohya SS) is helpful because it gives you alot of insight on how models work, especially once you consider how things are getting tagged when being trained. Not sure if that helps but those are a few of my suggestions. In general generative AI shit is nuts and any creator not learning at least a little about it is going to fall behind (even non NSFW)
