In the US, probably. Last year it was an easy Jay White for me but I have watched two matches he did since leaving Japan so I can't confidently say that anymore. I think Nakajima is the GOAT if we're taking Japan into account.

Nak is old but could draw massive dimes if he returned to Japan full time.
Styles could still go but I think the money will come with his contract renewal and he’ll stay in the WWE.
Neither will have that “see if they can still go” match in the WWE.
Anyways for me the current best in the world is El Desperado, and he has been for quite a while.

In WWE, for me Gunther is their best talent. I barely watch WWE, but when I catch a Gunther match he usually puts on a clinic. His in ring style is what I like to see. Hard hitting Kings Road shit with multiple different finishers he chooses to use. His only downside is talking on the mic, but that is per usually with just about any foreigner. Him vs Sheamus vs Drew at Wrestlemania 39 was pretty fucking kino.
