Kick Tony into a wood chipper and convince Shad to keep AEW going with me leading it. From there start a performance center and make the veterans have to teach classes and train the green shitters. This is mandatory and no one gets to say no. For that matter see if you can get guys like Arn and Tully or the Rock n Roll Express to build programs for the center. From there start politely retiring the old guys like Sting and Jericho and know guys like Danielson and Kenny are breaking down and will probably be behind them. Jay White and Will Ospreay aren't the worst guys to work a show around but see if Gedo will hook them up with roids. Book actual stories and see who is worth keeping as time goes on. As for ROH just make it a studio online only show in a mark city like Chicago where the green shitters can continue to develop before they're tv ready.

Book STORYLINES and not just matches. Yes matches carry well but its Story. Professional Wrestling is storytelling and right now they have absolutely nothing consistent in terms of storyline. Look how WWE bounced back with Sami Zayne and the Bloodline. AEW needs a heel and chasing face. Keep it simple but Tony is on too many coke binges to even keep up with whatever the fuck he's doing behind the scenes

A guy vs a faction is fine here and there but its literally every episode and AEW has WAY too many factions. MJF vs Jay White should be built but there was a hot shot title match on Collision with no build and the title seems pretty meaningless especially when its been "stolen" and the champion hasn't gotten it back eventhough he's had his hands on it multiple times.

Again who fucking cares about multiple tag feuds. We've seen this. They don't lead to anything other than titles and none of these factions have titles. It should've been Omega vs Takeashita but we've got that. And the main guy is Callis who isn't a wrestler so there's no destination.

A Storyline needs a hero and a villain and a final conflict at a PPV. It's basic storytelling yet Tony isn't doing this and thats why AEW is floundering

Tony needs to take the production crew, sit them down, and make the watch every major Noah show from the last two years so they can learn to shoot wrestling and not just imitate WWE.

Pull the old stage and tunnels out of storage from back when AEW had its own personality. Get rid of the E-lite window dressing.

Hire an actual social media manager and don't let Tony have access to the internet.

If it were me and I wanted to save my business (which Tony doesn't give a fuck about, he's in it to fan book a promotion like fan fiction), I would try my hardest to bring in someone like DDP to be the booker. Great communicator, huge star in WCW, good talker, you name it, he knows the biz. He would have good suggestions to get guys over (hell he got over in his late 30s).

Rn it seems like everyone just kind of comes up with ideas and they roll with it. No long term anything,no payoffs, no build up, nothing, it's all schizo shit. Guys who get over disappear for weeks at a time for no reason. They had absolute dimes in wardlow and miro and fucked it up because the elite are dumbfuck douches who don't roll with whoever gets over. If they were in it for business they could be successful but they aren't. It's all posturing and stupid shit for the camera time.

The comedy skits and elite fags are all cringe. I didn't really like Cody and his canned sounding promos but now that he's gone I can tell he was the only one in the elite who had any kind of common sense about wrasslin and what the audience might want. Aew got super cringe after he left. Jade could have been a Chyna level star, CM Punk was their top star, and they even ruined the lucky underdog Bryan Danielson somehow... Jade punk and Cody are all gone. Anyone with common sense realizes Tony can't maximize their potential.

Guys like Guevara potentially sawdusting themselves can't last forever. I only tune in to hopefully see someone sawdust the self to death nowdays but it seems like they've eased off the extra dangerous shit they used to do. Maybe the network told em to fuck off cuz they don't want people killing the self on their channel. It's why their rating have dived imo, everything else they do is cringe "are you my frwn or not" bullshit

I will give AEW that. They do seem to have the younger generation locked down. WWE still has to rely on the 50+ to keep their ratings somewhat afloat. NXT which brands itself as the young wrestling program, the majority of the viewers are very old.
