The event, which was hailed as Ice Ribbon's largest of the year, was funded through a crowdfunding campaign that surpassed its goal of 1 million yen.
Th event attracted a crowd of 248 enthusiastic fans.
In the main event, Mifu Ashida (26), who debuted in August, challenged Ibuki Hoshi (20) for the ICE championship title.
"The whole nation shed tears...," fans on social media compared the 3-month newcomer's auspicious performance to the likes of Tsukushi (26) and Tsukasa Fujimoto (41).
It is no exaggeration to say that Ice Ribbon has found its new generation ace.
