Young Rey Mysterio never botched like Vikingo does and never did any of the overly complex setups to moves like Vikingo does. Also, even young Rey was able to carry matches better than most lucha guys. Vikingo couldn't work a wrestling match to save his life. He can't wrestle, pace himself or emote/sell better than guys who wear masks. If you're going to praise a luchador guys like Dragon Lee and Titan seem far more polished in the ring than Vikingo does.
