I’d say it struck a year prior.
If they were never pulled from WM27, fans wouldn’t have cared as much about 18 seconds. This was fans being cheated out of potentiometer Bryan/Sheamus Kino for the second year in a row except Bryan was way more over at this point.

In it’s own bubble fans would’ve been shocked at best, being fucked with a second time, fans were absolutely livid.
