They are not. There's basically nothing from prior to 2019 on there.
One of the shitty things about puro is that the rights to footage are commonly owned by TV companies, not by the wrestling companies, so when CyberFight bought NOAH that purchase did come with NOAH's tape library like it would in the west
I don't think there's any choice but piracy if you want to watch older NOAH (I guess some shows might have DVDs kek) and it's not preserved the best even by pirates. There used to be a site called the ditch that had a bunch of stuff in (mostly ass, but take what you can get) quality but it seems to have died. There's a pack of those vids on XWT though

Checking random video sites like youtube/dailymotion/vk etc. will also turn up more stuff than you might expect

Basically they don't like Sanada and think him and Naito is "absolutely heatless". And are crying that Ospreay should have been the champ (they are salty about losing him). They also keep hinting about loads of the Gaijin are leaving early next year (they do make a good point about how the returning guys should be winning stuff now).

Putting the title on Will would have been a stupid idea. He's been elevating (kek) the US/UK/whatever it is title, while SANADA has been elevated by getting the main title. If Will had the World title, they'd be complaining that only the main title scene is hot. They counteract their own points later in the podcast. I think they just wanna moan about wrestling and hate AEW too much to just watch that instead (which is fair enough).

They are right about the Musketeers needing more of a push now tho. Shota should have beaten Will. But I'm willing to give NJPW the benefit of the doubt that next year will be the big year for the Musketeers (I could see Tsuji taking over Naito as LIJ leader)

It's not a particularly heated match with conflicting ideas or goals like Naito/Okada or Okada/Tanahashi. Plus, the EVIL feud in many people's eyes showed that he can't hold up an intriguing feud, so much so that people wanted EVIL to win since he carried that program. It'll move tickets because it's Naito's main event and LIJ fans are basically a cult, but that's about it. Not much actual spice to it.

They still offer the shows that aired for free like the opening days for the G1. So some immediate first impressions:

I listened to a couple of these and I gotta say they really pulled me in, they're giving their takes on direction and obviously it's just perspectives/opinions but it felt well reasoned. Their take on Finlay at the end of the newest one sat with me. I don't really feel strongly about him one way about him or another but I I'm not nearly as versed as these guys are in NJPW either, the point about incorporating projections from fans was neat.

Definitely is not upscaled at all. This is just the same 360p lookin ass file from before. A lot of the newer stuff looks better but I expected the old stuff to look great too because it was all shot on film and should be easy to restore.
