on the bret scale in his prime he was probably a 25. 10 promo 7 work 8 charisma/look seems fair. that alone puts him around the top 20 of the last 30 or so years and his resume is very solid despite the era/no WM main events. last 30 years he is below the S tier guys like austin rock Cena reigns hogan Goldberg sting undertaker michaels bret lesnar and is very close to guys at the edge, orton, batista level - multiple reigns but never the clear #1 guy.
