During his 83 Weeks podcast, Eric Bischoff shifted his focus to Vince Russo, who he claims never did the amount of things he claims to have achieved in WWE during their Attitude Era.

Eric Bishcoff has a bit of extra insight with Vince Russo, because he worked with him in WCW and TNA. Obviously, the two aren’t the greatest friends in the world, and there are a number of reasons for that as well.

>“Some of the WCW talent, at the time, wanted to give Russo more time to get comfortable, and get to know Russo better. That’s fine too, you’re a professional and that’s what you should do. I think there were also a number of talents who first started listening Russo when they first started working with him, and they figured it out as did I that this guy is a fraud. There is nothing under the hood when it came to his original ideas. He just didn’t understand the product. This is despite him claiming that he wrote all of WWE’s shows even though he just took a look at it and signed off on it. I don’t believe that sh*t at all.”

Eric Bischoff knows a lot about the pro wrestling business, and he’s seen all types of people come and go. That beign said, Vince Russo is certainly a unique indivuidual.
