I got 3 different companies." The point is that CW was talking to the NWA and WWE, as they should, to see what was available and what was the better deal. The Samhain thing didn't kill this deal for Billy. that was just the excuse they could use on Billy, or more likely, just the thing dirt sheet writers who aren't privy to anyone within TV networks as sources, want to latch on to as a reason. What killed this deal was simply WWE going back to CW and saying "Yes.".
