The first change I'd make is full stop, ROH becomes the developmental brand a la NXT. The ROH titles should be for young, unpolished wrestlers. People like MJF, Kingston, Samoa joe, whatever a mogul embassy is, those are the wrong kind of champions. Those are main roster types that are fully developed.
I think the main roster champions and belts are fine even if I don't like naming them after TV channels. After that it's up to the Champions to make the belts matter
